Access Account settings by clicking the “Settings” icon in the left sidebar.

• Edit your personal information, including your photo and name.
• Adjust date and time.

Note: You can set the preferred time and date format to be used throughout the web portal, e.g., in the timeline window, etc.

• Change web portal language.

Select Security and click the Manage account & security button to manage the account security settings:

• Set a new password for your HelpWire account.
