HelpWire company roles allow different levels of authority.
Company Owners are eligible to create, edit, and remove entire teams, add and remove Operators, as well as provide support to remote clients. Also, Company Owners can be invited to other teams as Operators.
Operators are able to join a team, provide assistance to remote clients, as well as leave the team.
A HelpWire account owner can currently create one company (be a Company Owner) and be invited to any number of companies as an Operator.
