Managing your organization

HelpWire organization roles allow different levels of authority.

Organization Owners are eligible to create, edit, and remove entire teams, add and remove Operators, as well as provide support to remote clients. Also, Organization Owners can be invited to other teams as Operators.

Operators are able to join a team, provide assistance to remote clients, as well as leave the team.

A HelpWire account owner can currently create one organization (be an Organization Owner) and be invited to any number of companies as an Operator.
