Uninstalling the HelpWire Operator app on Windows
To uninstall the HelpWire Operator app on your Windows computer, take the following steps:

Click Start
and choose Settings 
> Apps > Apps & features. -
Find HelpWire and choose Uninstall.

Confirm the action and follow the directions on the screen to finish the uninstallation process.
Note:
If your HelpWire app has been downloaded from the official HelpWire website instead of your online HelpWire account, then it won’t be displayed in the Apps & features list on your Windows PC and therefore doesn't require a regular uninstallation process. Simply move the downloaded app file to Recycle Bin, and then empty it to remove all traces of the app from your computer.
Uninstalling the HelpWire Operator app on macOS
To uninstall the HelpWire Operator app on your macOS computer, take the following steps:
- Open the Finder by clicking the icon
in the Dock. - In the sidebar, select Applications and find the HelpWire Operator app.
Note:
You may be asked to enter the username and password of an administrator account on your Mac to confirm the action.
Note:
If you haven’t moved the HelpWire app to the Applications folder, simply move the downloaded DMG file to the Bin and empty it to remove all app traces from your computer.
