The information about the remote clients you’ve been working with is saved in the My Clients and All sections in your online HelpWire account. To access them, select Clients under your profile picture:
My Clients section lists the remote clients you added. The client that you most recently added or interacted with will be displayed at the top of the list.
The All section includes the clients added by you and other Operators working in the team.
Each client on the list has their profile and history of interaction with your team.
